A rotary device may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery under the published satisfaction guarantee, subject to condition, completeness, authorization, inspection, and the full policy.
Return it complete
Include the original components, accessories, and packaging in good working condition.

RotoBoss inspects the returned rotary before issuing the eligible refund.
Eligible rotary returns

- Request the return within 30 calendar days after delivery.
- Return the rotary in good working condition.
- Include every original component, accessory, and package item.
- Avoid abuse, misuse, modification, negligence, damage, or excessive wear.
UPS
Current policy says rotary devices ship exclusively through UPS services.
USPS or UPS
Carrier selection depends on the item's size, weight, and safe handling.
2–4 days to ship out

Track and insure
The policy recommends a trackable, insured service for customer-paid returns.
Non-rotary and excluded items
Different rules apply outside rotary devices.
Non-rotary returns are discretionary and may carry up to a 15% restocking fee. Custom, special-order, clearance, damaged, modified, incomplete, and late returns may be excluded.
