Centered work, controlled movement, repeatable results.

Founder-led. Veteran owned. Maker built.
RotoBoss exists because “good enough” was wasting good work.
After 20 years as a U.S. Navy jet mechanic and trainer, Jason Rife brought the same mechanical discipline to laser engraving. RotoBoss began in 2018 around real shop problems: secure workholding, difficult applications, and help after the box arrives.
The standard
Protect the work. Stand behind the hardware.
RotoBoss combines mechanical ingenuity with direct accountability. The product line keeps expanding because laser operators keep finding work that ordinary rotary systems were never designed to hold.
The coverage and support promise make the business model simple: build hardware worth keeping, publish the terms, and remain available when the customer needs practical help using it.
Built around the demands of real production work.
Mechanical answers to problems operators actually face.
Direct help that stays with the equipment.
The brand promise—with feathers
Axel turns precision and support into a character.
He teaches, guides, approves the setup, and celebrates the finished batch. His Laser Sight Engraving power is the RotoBoss idea in one image: two beams, one controlled point, zero wasted motion.
