Which RotoBoss rotary should I choose?

What is the difference between RotoBoss 2.0 and Junior 2.0?
Both use the same core mechanical approach. RotoBoss 2.0 uses two towers for a broader adjustment range; Junior 2.0 uses one tower and focuses on cups, mugs, tumblers, and water bottles.
What if my cup walks during engraving?
The current RotoBoss FAQ recommends checking heel-plate distance, twisted O-rings, and the slave-wheel level. Confirm the exact setup with the manual or support before changing production settings.
How do I handle cups or mugs with handles?
The supplied mug spacer mounts to the clamp bracket, and some setups also use the heel-plate spacer. Follow the model-specific instructions for the exact rotary.
How can I identify motor phase?
The current RotoBoss FAQ identifies four motor wires as two-phase and six motor wires as three-phase. Send a clear connector and motor photo if there is any uncertainty.
How fast does a rotary ship?
Current product pages state that configured rotaries typically ship out in two to four days. This is a fulfillment estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
What does the 30-day guarantee require?
Request authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery and return the complete rotary in good working condition. Damage, excessive wear, missing components, and return shipping can affect the refund.
How does warranty coverage work?
