SJG Print & Design prints custom labels in Austin at 12211 Waters Park Rd — product labels, packaging stickers, barcodes, bottle and jar labels, and short-run packaging marks with no minimums. Overview
Labels are stickers with a job: they have to survive a cooler, a warehouse or a customer’s thumb. SJG will ask about the surface (glass, kraft, corrugated, HDPE) before quoting a paper stock that will wrinkle in a cooler. Short runs are normal because DTF and digital vinyl do not need a flexo plate.

How it works

Send dieline or we make one: Size in inches.
Proof: Barcode scannability is on a test sheet if you need it.
Print and pick up: Or ship with the rest of the merch.
Are custom labels different from stickers?
Labels are specced for a product surface and often a dieline. The print process can be the same laminated vinyl or a paper stock. We will choose on purpose.
Can you print 25 bottle labels?
Yes. No minimums.
Will they survive a cooler?
Vinyl plus laminate is the usual food-and-drink spec. Paper is for dry boxes.
Do you print sequential barcodes?
Ask at quote. Many short runs use a supplied barcode file per SKU.
