SJG prints these stickers in full color on permanent air-egress vinyl, then laminates the print for added protection against handling, scratches, moisture, and UV exposure. The air-egress adhesive helps reduce trapped bubbles during careful application.

What is a die-cut sticker?
A die-cut sticker is cut through the printed vinyl and backing around the contour of the design, giving each individual sticker a custom finished shape.
What artwork should I upload?
Use a transparent 300 DPI PNG at the final size or a clean vector file. Remove unwanted backgrounds and keep important details away from the cut edge.
What does air-egress vinyl do?
Small adhesive channels help air escape during application, making it easier to reduce bubbles on clean, smooth surfaces.
Are the stickers waterproof?
The vinyl, print, and laminate are made for moisture resistance, but real-world life depends on the surface, preparation, exposure, cleaning method, and edge wear. Hand washing is recommended for drinkware.
Can I put them on a vehicle?
Many clean, smooth painted or glass vehicle surfaces can be compatible, but paint condition, coatings, curves, exposure, and removal expectations vary. Test a small area and avoid applying over damaged paint.
Will the printed color exactly match my screen?
Screens emit light and every display is different, while print uses ink and material. We work for strong, consistent color, but exact screen matching is not guaranteed. Order a test before a color-critical run.
How long should I wait before washing?
Allow 24–48 hours after application so the adhesive can build strength. Hand washing and mild cleaning provide the longest life.
