What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is a roll or sheet containing multiple ready-to-press designs. You arrange different graphics, sizes, and quantities together to use the printable space efficiently, then cut the individual transfers apart before pressing.
What file type should I upload?
A high-resolution transparent PNG is the easiest option for most artwork. Prepare it at the final print size and aim for 300 DPI. Vector PDF or AI artwork is also helpful when your design needs cleanup or exact scaling.
Can DTF go on dark shirts?
Yes. The printed white underbase helps full-color artwork stay bright on both light and dark garments.
What fabrics can I press?
DTF works on many common apparel fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. Because garment coatings and heat tolerance vary, test the actual blank before running the full order.
What temperature, time, and pressure should I use?
A common starting range is 300–320°F for 15–20 seconds with medium pressure. Your heat press and garment can change the result, so follow the instructions supplied with the order and test first.
Will you fix low-resolution artwork automatically?
The builder can flag resolution concerns, but orders are produced from the files submitted. Low-resolution art, stray pixels, unintended backgrounds, and semi-transparent edges should be corrected before ordering.
How should customers wash DTF apparel?
Wait 24 hours, turn the garment inside out, wash cold with mild detergent, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly over the graphic.
