3D printing turns a file, a sketch or a broken part into something you can hold. We print one-off replacement parts, working prototypes, figurines and display pieces, cosplay details, signs, keychains and branded giveaways in our Austin shop.
Every custom print starts with a request, not a guess. Send your model file or describe what you need and how it will be used. We check the file for printability, choose the material and orientation that suit the job, and quote it before it goes on a printer.
Want something already made? Our premade 3D prints ship without a file or a quote: figurines, keychains, desk gear and decor we have already printed and finished.

What you get
Send Any Starting Point: STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP files, or photos, a sketch and a few measurements.
Printability Review: Wall thickness, supports, orientation and scale are checked before we quote.
The Right Material: PLA for detail, PETG for tougher parts, TPU when it needs to flex. Ask about others.
Your Color: Pick the filament color, or ask about sanding and paint for display pieces.
Functional Parts: Brackets, clips, knobs, mounts and replacement parts made to fit.
Gifts & Collectibles: Figurines, keychains, name plates and one-of-a-kind gifts.
One or a Batch: A single prototype or a run of the same part for your team.
Printed in Austin: Printed, cleaned up and checked by the SJG team before pickup or shipping.
What files can I send?
STL and 3MF work best. We also take OBJ and STEP files, and ZIP files that hold a multi-part model. Each file can be up to 100MB. No file? Upload photos and measurements, describe what you need, and we will tell you what it takes.
Which materials can I choose?
Most jobs print in PLA, PETG or TPU. PLA is great for detail and display pieces, PETG is tougher and handles heat better, and TPU flexes. Tell us how the part will be used and we will recommend one. Other materials are quoted on request.
How much does a custom 3D print cost?
Price depends on the size of the piece, the material, how much support it needs and the finish you want. Send your file or idea and we will quote it before anything prints.
Can you print a replacement for a broken part?
Often, yes. Send photos and measurements of the broken part, or a file if you have one, and tell us what it does. Brackets, clips, knobs and covers are good candidates.
Do you sell 3D prints that are already made?
Yes. Our premade 3D prints, like figurines, keychains, desk gear and decor, are in the store and ship without a file or a quote.
Is my model file kept private?
Yes. Files you upload with a request go to private storage that only the SJG team can open. They are never posted to a public link.
