What counts as same-day?

A single-sided 13 oz vinyl banner up to 50 inches on the short side and up to 10 feet long, made from a print-ready file or one of our online templates. Approve your proof and pay by 2 PM Central Monday through Friday and it is ready for pickup by 6 PM the same day.

What if I miss 2 PM?

Your order rolls to the next business day. Nothing is lost and there is no penalty, you just get tomorrow's 6 PM pickup instead of today's.

Can I get it shipped?

Accepted Answer

Not on the same-day track. Same-day orders are porch pickup or local courier only. If you need it shipped, we print it on our standard turnaround instead.

What if my file is not ready?

Same-day needs a print-ready file or one of our online templates, because there is no time in the schedule for a back-and-forth design round. Start from a template in the builder, or call (512) 387-5386 and we will tell you honestly whether we can still make today's cutoff.

How big can it be?

Up to 50 inches on the short side and up to 10 feet long. A wider or longer banner is not same-day; it takes 2 to 3 business days instead.

How does porch pickup work?

Your order waits on our pickup porch at 12211 Waters Park Rd, Austin, TX 78759, bagged and labeled with your name. We hold it for 72 hours.

Is there a rush fee?

Accepted Answer

No, not on weekdays. Same-day is included at no extra charge Monday through Friday. Weekend same-day is available at double price instead of a flat fee.

Do you do same-day on weekends?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Saturday and Sunday, at double the weekday price. Weekdays carry no rush fee at all.
