Payment proceeds belong to the store owner's own Maker Pay account. Shared staff access is never a reason to route money to a different owner.
Enforce fees server side
Platform and usage fees are applied through checkout and settlement so a modified page or a replayed request cannot change what is collected.
Reconcile on a schedule
Match payouts to orders monthly, review refunds and disputes, and confirm every adjustment landed on the order it belongs to.
