SJG runs a print shop, which means the tech we build for clients is the tech we needed ourselves first: a storefront that takes real orders, automation that follows up without anyone remembering to, and an AI front desk that answers when the shop is busy on the floor.
The work covers websites and landing funnels, ecommerce storefronts, AI assistants for calls and messages, workflow automation, integrations between the tools a business already pays for, and the unglamorous layer underneath — hosting, domains, DNS and business email.
Most clients come to us because their systems are scattered across vendors nobody can reach. We consolidate that, document what runs where, and stay on as the people who actually maintain it. If you would rather own it outright, we hand over every credential and repository.

What platforms do you build on?
Shopify for ecommerce, React and Vercel for custom sites and applications, GoHighLevel for CRM and follow-up, WordPress where a client already runs it, and Claude or OpenAI for AI features. We pick what fits the job rather than pushing one stack.
Do you host and maintain what you build?
Yes. Hosting, domains, DNS, renewals and ongoing maintenance can all be managed for a monthly fee, so there is one number to call when something breaks. It is optional — plenty of clients take the handover and run it themselves.
Can you take over a site someone else built?
Usually. We start by auditing what exists and confirming you can actually get the credentials, since that is the common blocker. If the current build is worth keeping we maintain it; if it is not, we will say so plainly rather than bill you to prop it up.
What does an AI assistant actually do?
It answers calls and messages, captures the details of a job, follows up with leads who went quiet, and puts every conversation in one place. For a shop where the phone rings while everyone is on the production floor, that is the difference between a booked job and a missed one.
How is this priced?
Build work is quoted per project after the audit, and anything ongoing — hosting, maintenance, AI usage — is a separate monthly figure stated up front. You see both numbers before work starts, and there is no charge for the initial conversation.
Do I own the work?
Yes. Code, domains, accounts and credentials are yours. We hand over the full set on request, including repository access, with no lock-in clause holding your business hostage.
