The brief

Industrial buyers do not shop the way consumer customers do. They arrive knowing a part or a brand, and every extra click between them and a quantity price is a reason to call a competitor instead.

The storefront needed to serve that buyer without abandoning the one still deciding, and to handle artwork upload and mockups for custom work rather than pushing it to email.
